Synopsis

Tran Thanh is the only director to have a film surpass 400 billion VND at the Vietnam box office. He did it not once, nor twice, but three times.
Lead actress Phuong Anh Dao and lead actor Tuan Tran both learned ballroom dancing for a scene in the film, and Tuan Tran also learned how to play the piano for his role.
The apartment complex and spa parlor in the film are full-size replica sets, allowing for more aesthetic angles to help convey the director’s message in depth.
MAI took 3 years to develop and was shot in 47 days.
